About Us
The New England Center for Children (NECC) is an independently-operated, private special education residential school in Southborough, Massachusetts. Established in 1975, NECC is a renowned educational and research institution providing intensive applied behavior analysis interventions for students with autism spectrum disorder between the ages of 14 months and 22 years old.
We believe every child with autism deserves the best services available so they can live full, productive, and rewarding lives in their community. At The New England Center for Children (NECC), we provide comprehensive services for children with autism: home-based, day, and residential programs, partner classrooms in public school systems, consulting services, and autism curriculum software for teachers.

Under the direct supervision of the Residential Coordinator and Overnight Supervisors, the Overnight Professional is responsible for the health and safety of all assigned students during the overnight hours. Specifically, the Overnight Professional is responsible for the clinical and medical management of each student in the residence and must remain awake during the overnight hours to ensure students’ safety.
