About Us

Abington School District is a medium-sized, suburban, public school district that serves: the Borough of Rockledge and Abington Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Abington School District provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, prescription drug coverage, dental insurance, vision program, life insurance and long-term disability insurance.  Employees receive a general orientation to the Abington School District upon employment.  A comprehensive employee benefits overview is offered to each employee upon hire or at the conclusion of the probationary period, if applicable.  The Office of Human Resources is available to all employees for continuing support throughout employment.
