DIVERSITY RECRUITMENT PARTNERS (DIVERSITY in Ed, IMDiversity.com, Diversity Employers, and The Career Network) is a minority owned professional recruitment service-business established in 2005. The services include a nationwide magazine publication, three job boards, a virtual professional community career network, and over 20 annual virtual recruitment fairs designed to connect employers of every industry with job-seeking candidates of multi—cultures, languages, skills, experiences, and backgrounds nationwide (as well as internationally).
The mission of Diversity Recruitment Partners is to connect corporate, nonprofit and school employers, associations, organizations, and higher-ed institutions with prospective candidates of diverse languages, cultures and backgrounds to build a more diverse, equitably, and inclusive workplace.

Magazine Circulation & Distribution
Diversity Recruitment Partners (print) Magazine is distributed on more than 1,100 college and university campuses nationwide on a biannual basis (Fall-October and Spring-March). While the print publication has over 25,000 copies distributed on a controlled request basis (free) to more than 500 HBCUs, Hispanic serving institutions and U.S. Newsweek’s (listed) Top Colleges/Universities through the career services offices, the digital versions is circulated to over 200k directly from DRP. The magazine is also distributed at various in-person career fairs, conventions, and confrences to members of professional organizations and associations.
