About Us

The Tredyffrin/Easttown School District serves the townships of Tredyffrin and Easttown, encompassing 38 square miles in eastern Chester County. The area is primarily made up of single-family homes, and includes such notable communities as Paoli, Devon, Berwyn, Daylesford, Chesterbrook, Strafford, and Wayne. More than 6,000 students attend T/E’s eight schools.

Our Mission

The mission of Tredyffrin/Easttown Middle School is to educate and challenge students to fulfill their potential within a community where children are valued, empowering these emergent adolescents to discover and appreciate who they are, what they have become, and what they can contribute to others.

Our Culture, Diversity & Equity

The Diversity Committee includes parents, teachers, administrators, students, School Board, and community members dedicated to the fulfillment of District policies designed to make our school community a place of increasing respect and support for all. The committee is especially interested in new parent support services; a rich, equitable, and inclusive curriculum for students; and the maintenance of an appropriately diverse professional staff.

T/E is a great place to work! Our students come to school every day eager to learn. They are engaged, creative, and caring individuals. Our teachers are both skilled and dedicated. Our community values education and supports our programs and students. Hundreds of volunteers work in our buildings each and every week.
