Blueprint 2.0 … Our Way Forward
Baltimore County Public Schools begins a new chapter with Blueprint 2.0, a five-year strategic plan to build on the successes of the school system’s previous Blueprint for Progress. Created in collaboration with staff, students, parents, and other community leaders and stakeholders, Blueprint 2.0 addresses academics, safety, communication, and organizational effectiveness – four critical areas that must be addressed to ensure that BCPS becomes a world-class school system.

The Department of Equity and Cultural Proficiency (ECP) partners with stakeholders to create instructional environments that support academic rigor, access cultural relevance and relationships that ignite the potential of each and every student as the norm.
