Together with families and communities, our KIPP New Jersey and KIPP Miami teams create joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare students with the skills and confidence to pursue the paths they choose—college, career, and beyond—so they can lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world.

Our team believes deeply in the potential of ALL children. We help students find their voices and feel known and loved for the gifts they bring to our classrooms.

We began with a single Newark classroom in 2002. And by investing in outstanding teammates, our schools now reach more than 7,000 children in Newark, Camden and Miami.

Wesleyan seeks to develop in each young person a desire to learn and to become a good citizen in serving the local community and the world beyond. The programs at Wesleyan promote spiritual, intellectual, physical and social growth. Through daily living, the school strives to create a community which exemplifies Christian values and demonstrates their implications for the individual and society.
