ABOUT

Dr. John Cragin earned a Bachelor’s in social psychology in 1969 and later a Ph.D. in Management with a focus on international business. After working in Asia and various business roles, he joined OBU in 1990, teaching at the Paul Dickinson College of Business. Cragin has alternated between teaching and business, including leading an international department and starting a virtual reality training company. In 2014, he returned to teach social entrepreneurship, inspired by his passion for helping students make a positive impact. 
 
Cragin teaches to make a difference in his students’ lives and to see the results of their efforts, rather than for the subject matter, research, or publishing.
