Benjamin J. A. Mainka began his educational journey in 2003 as a middle school teacher. Throughout his career, he has gained ample leadership experience serving as a high school assistant principal, middle school principal, high school principal, and superintendent. In addition to his work within schools, he has been involved in various education boards, collaborated with professional organizations, and actively connected with local communities. His commitment to education, coaching, committee involvement, and advocacy for all students demonstrates his dedication to making a positive impact on education. Currently, as the Superintendent of the Novi Community School District, Benjamin is dedicated to promoting collaboration and uniting diverse stakeholders for the benefit of the community.
