Making the Match

We’re a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping great teachers find great jobs at great schools. We have deep relationships with a wide network of schools, including independent, private, charter, day, boarding, secular, and nondenominational schools in urban, suburban, and rural settings across the U.S. and around the world. We know their schools, their culture, their community, and their leadership.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Our Placement Team knows independent schools. We collectively have decades of experience working with and understanding the intricacies of our client schools’ needs and missions, which better informs us when referring teaching, administrative, and coaching candidates. Throughout the hiring process, our staff works with both our client schools and our candidates to facilitate the perfect fit.

DIVERSITY & EQUITY

What is FORUM / Diversity?

Like our other FORUMs, this event serves as both a hiring conference and a professional development symposium. The goal of FORUM/Diversity is twofold: to help those from underrepresented groups and their allies find their best-match jobs, and to enable conversation, networking, and action around how educators can work together to include, empower, and inspire one another.
