Our Recruitment
The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment, hiring and the assignment of all employees of District 129, with the approval of the interim superintendents and the board of education.
We support the District’s important work with students by overseeing the areas of recruitment and retaining teachers and staff, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee development and performance.
