International Schools Consortium (iSC) has operated international schools in China for over 30 years. We have established six schools in China, one school in the UAE and provide educational consulting services around the globe. Our Teachers
We Take Care of Our Staff
At LDi we offer a competitive benefits package with a range between $35,000 – $50,000 USD that is commensurate with responsibility and family accommodation. The package includes:
- A monthly salary (cash wage)
- Income taxes (paid to taxing authority on behalf of employee)
- Furnished housing (rental and various maintenance/fees)
- A monthly child stipend for up to 2 children (iSC China only)
- Global health Insurance for staff and dependents
Life Insurance - Service based compensation, including retirement allowance on signing of new 2-year renewal contract (iSC China only)

International Schools Consortium (iSC), a division of Leadership Development International (LDi), has been in China for over 30 years, and in the Middle East for eight. Students are taught using a North American educational curriculum that provides a solid foundation in truth and a biblical worldview. Our seven schools serve more than 2,000 students from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade each year and are college prep school and rigorous in nature.
We hire teachers who are passionate about impacting the lives of those around them through their faith and their professional skills. Due to accreditation and visa restrictions all teachers must be degreed and/or credentialed through a state, country or university and may be required to have 2 years of experience.
Our application process is very comprehensive and a member of our hiring team will be assigned to you and will explain what is involved at each stage.
