AIMS hosts an Annual Job Fair at Gilman School in Baltimore.

Intended to promote diversity in independent schools, all prospective teacher candidates of any background and heritage are welcome to attend free of charge.

AIMS represents 124 private elementary and secondary, college preparatory schools, in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

About 25% of the AIMS Schools participate in the Job Fair each year. Current job openings can be found in the AIMS Career Center under job search.
